Iqra National University initiated Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering program under the proficient leadership of Dr. Jahangir Durrani, a renowned scholar and reputed authority in the field of Civil Engineering worldwide. The department conducted its zero/interim visit of the Pakistan Engineering Council within six months of its investiture and received astonishing feedback from this supreme institute of engineering in Pakistan.

Moreover, the curriculum went through a serious cum professional debate under the Board of Studies body in which the most prominent authorities in the branch of Civil Engineering scrutinized the curriculum in detail. A part from that, the department is striving for purchasing state-of-the art equipments in its laboratories and within the first quadrant of the educational calendar the department has procured and installed equipments in three laboratories worth millions and the department is on target to establish more labs within no time. The faculty of Civil Engineering comprises of engineers who are either in Doctorate or Masters in the branch of Civil Engineering and all the Laboratory Engineers are enrolled in Masters Program in Civil Engineering. A synopsis to all, the department is striving to provide the young minds the best engineering environment in Pakistan.
